The beautiful green you see here is only available a few winter and spring months. This aproach is from Moraga. The white spec ahead is an old farmhouse roof. Beyond that, the vast lands in the East Bay Municipal Utility Distric (or EBMUD, or East Bay Mud).

This tract is a true never-never land, considering it is hidden in the heavily urbanized Alameda County, just across the bay from San Francisco. Draw a gigantic triangle between Moraga, San Ramon, and Castro Valley, and that is the scope of lands we are talking about. Ramage Peak is at far left, Rocky Ridge is at far right.
