January 30th, 2003: A view from afar showing the 2500' climb. I've hiked from Stinson up to the Panoramic Highway a number of times, and the Tam peaks from various mid-points, but have always wanted to go from beach to peak. During a winter vacation I finally got the chance.

A brief detour at the Muir Beach overlook. Normally crowded with tourists on foggy summer days. Here, on a weekday morning, with our beautiful inverted-winters, I have the place to myself and it's t-shirt weather.
